After your order has been placed and payment has cleared, our team begins preparing it for dispatch. Standard processing time is 1-2 business days. This does not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Time

We ship from our international warehouse to customers in Australia.
Estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier delays, weather events, or other unforeseen issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Any additional fees charged by local authorities (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, responsibility transfers to them. Mudi Align is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If something goes wrong, reach out and we’ll assist you in lodging a claim with the courier.
