How do I choose the right size?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing takes 1-2 business days. Shipping to Australia usually takes 6-10 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work fast, so changes are only possible before your order is shipped. Email us immediately at mudialign@gmail.com and we’ll do our best.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Let us know as soon as you receive your parcel. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement.
What is your return/exchange policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship to Australia only.
