Refund Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, email us and we’ll help arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If something is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

This amount will be deducted from your refund.
